This role is far more than just ringing up purchases-it's about creating meaningful connections and representing our mission, vision, and core values to every person who walks through our doors.What you'll be doing (A high-energy, people-focused role)Your primary mission is to provide an excellent customer experience through friendly, persuasive, and helpful interactions.Be the Welcoming Star: Greet and enthusiastically interact with every customer, creating an inviting and positive shopping environment.The Go-To Expert: Use your persuasive communication skills to answer questions and provide information about our merchandise, helping customers find exactly what they need.Resolve & Relate: Assist customers in locating products and help them with any concerns or complaints, ensuring they leave happy and satisfied.Handle Transactions: Accurately collect payments using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash/refunds with basic math skills.
