Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Santa Fe Springs, CA, for a Senior Customer Contracts & Account Specialist. In this role, you will focus on managing customer accounts, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, addressing client inquiries, identifying and resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support successful business operations. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications Strong understanding of contract management, contract drafting, and maintaining compliance standardsProficiency in customer account management, relationship building, and conflict resolutionExcellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficientlyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with contract or account management softwareStrong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on professionalism and clarityAbility to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and maintain a positive customer experienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferredRelevant experience in contract and account management, ideally in a professional services context
