Job Role/Title: - .Net Application Developer - Industry PackagesContract- Long Term ContractLocation: Dallas, TXDesign, develop, and maintain complex applications using NET frameworks (ASP.NET, .NET Core).Lead and mentor development team members when needed, providing technical guidance and best practices.Work with Oracle databases for data modelling, query optimization, and stored procedure development.Manage application deployments and configurations on Windows Server environments.Collaborate with product owner, scrum master, and other developers in Agile/Scrum workflows.Analyze and gather requirements, produce technical specifications, and estimate development timelines.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues.Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and testing processes to ensure quality and performance.Required skills:Experience in software development with .NET technologies (ASP.NET, .NET Core).Strong understanding of Oracle database development and optimization.This is a Dallas/TX Onsite position.No Remote. No T&LHands‑on experience managing applications on Windows Server platforms.Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and provide guidance to less experienced personnel.Nice to have skills:Experience with GIS products, particularly Hexagon Intergraph.
