Overview
We are looking for a Coordinator to join our Labor Relations team in Los Angeles! As Coordinator, Labor Relations, you are a skilled, forward-thinking, and detail-oriented team member working with all members of the Labor Relations Team. You thrive in a dynamic environment and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities include but not limited to
Responsible for assisting with the preparation of union information requests and reports
Assist with arranging and organizing spreadsheets of earnings data for negotiation preparation
Assist with union negotiations and the drafting of proposals
Update, proofread and distribute numerous negotiation summaries and collective bargaining agreements
Maintain knowledge of current issues and contracts
Create, modify and maintain spreadsheets/matrices in Excel
Heavy calendar management of various virtual and in-person meetings
Managing inbound request for meetings and weighing them against business priorities
Work closely alongside other Labor Coordinators to develop and implement new processes to help improve team performance, communication and collaboration
Assist other Labor Coordinators with organizing and coordinating off-site meetings/conferences
Prepare monthly expense reports, reconciliation of credit card statement and prepar travel itineraries
Perform standard administrative tasks (filing, scanning, preparing letters and memos, and ordering supplies)
Basic Qualifications
2 years professional administrative or labor relations experience
Additional Qualifications
Need to know how to use Outlook, Zoom, Slack, OneDrive, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint
Highly proficient in Excel
Well-developed administrative and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize
Attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to multi-task for a multiple person department
Ability to deal with a wide variety of senior decision makers and influential outsiders
Great at building relationships with a variety of people
Consistently goes above and beyond expectations
Interested in new ways to work and learning from those experiences

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $60,500.00 - 85,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
