Material Handler (2nd Shift)

The *Material Handler* is responsible for coordinating, staging, and moving raw materials and supplies throughout the warehouse and production areas to support safe and efficient operations. This role includes loading and unloading trucks, organizing materials, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring production teams have the supplies needed to meet daily production goals. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Successful candidates must be able to follow established procedures, communicate effectively with team members, assist with cross-training, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Responsibilities * Coordinate, stage, and deliver raw materials, reels, pallets, copper, and other supplies to designated production areas. * Load and unload trucks and safely store materials in designated warehouse and pallet rack locations. * Operate material handling equipment safely and complete required equipment inspections and documentation. * Follow company policies and procedures to maintain safety, quality, and operational standards. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. * Communicate effectively with team members and assist with cross-training as needed. Requirements * High school diploma or GED required; additional education or training is a plus. * Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions. * Basic math skills. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * Ability to safely operate material handling and packaging equipment. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
