Atwell is a privately owned company, with 2,000+ passionate team members across 70+ locations and growing!Atwell, LLC is a proud recipient of the following 2025 awards:Ten consecutive years in a row as a “Best Place to Work” by Zweig Group (#11)Recognized as #70 in the ENR Top 500 Design Firms, ranked in every regionRecognized in Crain's “Fast 50” as one of the fastest-growing companies (#14)Recognized as the 2025 ENR Design Firm of the year for the Southeastern US What You'll DoManage project setup, billing, and budget tracking in Deltek Vision/VantagePoint or similar ERP systemSupport Project Managers with financial reporting, forecasting, and risk analysis to ensure project successCommunicate directly with clients regarding invoicing, billing questions, and other financial mattersOversee revenue recognition, collections, and compliance with internal financial policies and proceduresApply independent judgment to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and make sound financial decisionsTrain and support project teams on financial best practices to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across projectsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.Two (2) years or more of experience functioning in a similar capacity.Must have experience with Deltek Vision/Vantage Point or similar Accounting ERP.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound financial decisions.
