Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; take messages if needed or transfer to the correct departmentGreet and assist all guests, direct them to the appropriate departmentReceives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes itemsOpen/Close office – turning on lights, open kitchens and doors, refill office suppliesMaintaining conference room and conference room calendarsPeriodically check guest parking spaces to make sure they are available for guestsMaintain lobby, conference room, kitchen appearance and cleanlinessFill copiers with paper, make sure copy room is stocked with paper.Assist the VP of HR/Administration with various tasksCover executive assistant's desk as neededRequired Skills/Preferred skills and abilities:Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Excellent verbal communication skills.Basic clerical procedures and systems
