Program Director of Genomic Medicine

To drive successful external collaborations, the full-time salaried Program Director of Genomic Medicine will manage project development and implementation, provide scientific and budgetary support, and ensure effective coordination across multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid onsite/remote environment. Key responsibilities Direct program operations and maintain relationships with institutional collaborators to support internal and external portfolio efforts Oversee financial management of the program, including budget analysis, grant submissions, and compliance with institutional guidelines Recruit, supervise, and evaluate staff while building teams to achieve project goals and meet deadlines Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's Degree preferred Five years of project/program management experience, with a preference for experience leading complex initiatives Proven people management experience, including the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams Strategic mindset with strong relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholders Ability to effectively execute programs and drive initiatives forward to achieve organizational goals
