A plaintiff-side personal injury firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its Atlanta team. This role is ideal for a trial-ready attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident in the courtroom, and is committed to strong client advocacy. Attorneys handle a full caseload with significant internal support.ResponsibilitiesManage personal injury cases from filing through trialDraft pleadings, written discovery, and motionsTake and defend depositionsHandle mediations, hearings, and trials, including voir dire and first-chair responsibilitiesEvaluate cases, develop strategy, and negotiate high-value claimsLead a litigation team and collaborate with support staffWork with clients, adjusters, opposing counsel, and expertsHandle commercial motor vehicle and trucking casesRetain and work with experts including economists and life care plannersMaintain an active docket and move cases efficiently toward resolutionQualificationsJ.D. from an ABA-accredited law schoolActive bar license in good standing3+ years of personal injury litigation experienceTrial experience, including at least one first-chair trialStrong deposition, courtroom, and mediation experienceExperience working with experts and complex damagesTrucking or commercial motor vehicle experience preferredStrong communication, organization, and attention to detailProficiency in Westlaw and LexisNexisAbility to lead a team and work independentlyCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $150,000 – $200,000Monthly bonus structure with strong upside, no billable hoursUnlimited PTOMedical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with employer contribution after one year$5,000 CLE allowanceRobust internal support and high-value caseloadsOur specialized recruiting professionals apply their expertise and utilize our proprietary AI to find you great job matches faster.
