The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, reliable, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Set up and operate manual or automatic screen-printing equipment. * Prepare screens, inks, squeegees, and other printing supplies. * Align and register designs accurately for multi-color printing. * Mix and match inks according to specified colors and production requirements. * Load and unload garments or other materials onto printing equipment. * Inspect finished products for print quality, color accuracy, registration, and defects. * Make adjustments to equipment and printing processes as needed. * Clean screens, equipment, work areas, and tools after production. * Maintain production schedules and meet daily output goals. * Follow safety procedures and company quality standards. * Communicate with supervisors and production team members regarding job requirements and issues. * Other tasks *Qualifications* * Previous screen-printing or production experience preferred. * Knowledge of screen-printing techniques and equipment. * Strong attention to detail and quality. * Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. * Ability to lift and move materials as required. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. * Willingness to learn new equipment and production techniques. * Able to reliably commute to work/have transportation to get to work. *Work Environment* Fast-paced production environment requiring attention to detail, teamwork, and consistent quality while meeting production deadlines.
