Healthcare Sales Representative

Territory Sales Representative ROE Dental Laboratory has been a trusted provider of high-quality dental laboratory services since the 1920s, partnering with healthcare professionals nationwide. We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Territory Sales Representative to expand our presence throughout the Northwest Ohio market, covering the Cleveland to Toledo territory. This role is ideal for a motivated B2B sales professional who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and managing a territory with long-term growth potential. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive growth, loyalty, and long-term partnerships Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory Manage a sales territory through a combination of new business development and existing account management Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations with prospective and existing clients Serve as the primary point of contact for customer needs, concerns, and follow-up Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and account support Identify opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support sales strategy development Represent ROE at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity, and sales reporting Consistently work toward exceeding territory growth and revenue goals Assist in onboarding new accounts to ensure a smooth and positive client experience Qualifications 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience preferred Medical, healthcare, or service-based sales experience strongly preferred Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Ability to manage a territory independently and prioritize effectively Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission structure Mileage reimbursement Health, vision, and in-house dental benefits 401(k) with company match Paid time off and company holidays
