DescriptionAbout the RoleClarvida is hiring a Pre‑Licensed Therapist to join our Kickstart program in San Diego, CA.This full‑time position offers competitive pay of$33–$37/hr, comprehensive training, and access to licensure supervision.As a Pre‑Licensed Therapist, you will work with youth ages 10‑25 (Medi‑Cal eligible or uninsured), their families, and social networks, to provide individual and group counseling that promotes education, early intervention, and recovery.You’llcollaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners withinClarvida’sperson‑centered, trauma‑informed care model. Program Kickstart.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual, family, and group therapy for children, youth, and young adultsParticipate in crisis intervention and consultation when neededAssistclients with educational, vocational, social, and personal goal planningTake part in interdisciplinary treatment planning and program developmentConduct therapeutic interviews, document client progress, andmaintainclinical recordsPresent or teach educational classes (e.g., parenting, anger management) and provide services in schools or via outreachTransport clients and provide outreach in community and school settingsFulfill productivity requirements (e.g., minimum hourly goals or caseload expectations)Perform on‑call or after‑hours duties as assigned.
