Its sensor-enabled wearable devices use haptic feedback to seamlessly combine the art and science of healthcare education, supporting the development of highly skilled professionals such as doctors, nurses, and first responders.Role DescriptionThe Revenue Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the operational infrastructure that drives Avkin’s commercial engine. This role focuses on HubSpot administration, sales operations, reporting, forecasting support, deal coordination, and cross-functional process execution across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Manufacturing, and Finance.This individual will help improve operational consistency, data integrity, forecasting visibility, and sales process execution while supporting the company’s consultative and evolving go-to-market strategy.The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, process-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Core ResponsibilitiesCRM & Revenue Systems AdministrationMaintain and improve workflows, properties, automations, and reporting within HubSpotAudit data quality within deals, contacts, companies, tickets, and custom objectsAudit lead and conference follow-upAssist in documentation and standardization of operational processesContinuously improve automation using HubSpot AI toolsReporting & Forecasting SupportBuild and maintain dashboards, pipeline reports, and forecasting toolsSupport quarterly and annual revenue forecasting processesAnalyze sales performance trends, pipeline health, conversion rates, and operational KPIsAssist leadership with reporting for strategic planning and board-level visibilityMarketing Operations SupportMonitor marketing email performance (deliverability, open rates, response rates)Support website lead capture integrity and CRM integrationEnsure conference leads are properly captured, assigned, and entered properly into Hubspot.Deal & Commercial OperationsSupport quote, proposal, contract, and procurement workflowsCoordinate customer onboarding documentation including vendor forms, W-9s, COIs, and purchasing paperworkTrack purchase orders, deal progression, and implementation readinessAssist with commission tracking and sales operational supportCross-Functional Operational CoordinationServe as an operational bridge between Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Customer Success, and FinanceHelp identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvementsSupport rollout and adoption of new commercial processes and initiativesAssist with implementation and optimization of revenue-related tools and systemsData & Process AnalysisIdentify trends and insights within HubSpot and operational dataSupport process mapping and workflow improvement initiativesAssist in defining and monitoring KPIs tied to revenue operations performancePreferred Qualifications3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related rolesExperience with HubSpot Strong Excel/Google Sheets analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyExcellent organizational and communication skillsExperience supporting complex B2B sales preferredExperience with reporting, forecasting, and CRM process managementBachelor’s degree preferred
