Overview In this role, you will contribute as a technical generalist across the full product lifecycle for copper Ethernet cabling and hybrid fiber‑power solutions. You’ll work in a small, collaborative team to analyze, test, document, and support field deployments, applying deep fundamentals in electronics. The position offers hands‑on hardware and lab work, with impact across product development and standards‑driven activities. This is a chance to shape end‑to‑end system behavior in a fast‑moving environment. ResponsibilitiesSupport design, analysis, and validation of copper Ethernet cabling systems (impedance, loss, crosstalk, return loss)Contribute to development and evaluation of hybrid fiber‑power and powered communications systemsConduct electrical modeling, simulation, and lab measurements of cables, connectors, and system performanceParticipate in failure analysis and root‑cause investigations of electrical and signal‑integrity issuesConduct and document laboratory testing (electrical, thermal, environmental, EMC)Use network analyzers, oscilloscopes, power supplies, data loggers, and related instrumentationDevelop test plans aligned with industry standards (TIA, IEEE, IEC, UL, NEC)Collaborate with mechanical, manufacturing, quality, and compliance teamsAssist with technical documentation, drawings, reports, and internal design reviewsSupport prototyping, pilot builds, and early deployments Key requirementsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering10+ years of relevant engineering experienceStrong foundation in circuit analysis, electromagnetics and signal integrity, AC/DC power fundamentals, RF principlesAbility to work in a small, multi‑disciplinary team and be hands‑on in lab and office settingsStrong written and verbal communication skillsstrong communicationcollaborationproblem‑solvingCopper Ethernet cabling systemsImpeda­nce, insertion loss, crosstalk, return loss analysisHybrid fiber‑power (HFP/FMPS) and powered communications systems
