What You’ll Do As a Security Specialist SOC Officer, you’ll maintain full time monitoring of CCTV, Radio Transmissions, Electronic Reporting and Communication Software, as well as real time contact via telephone with anyone needing to reach or request security on the project. Being alert and vigilant, and maintaining a professional demeanor is always required, while conducting duties as a SOC Officer. What We’re Looking For We seek individuals who are committed, reliable, and eager to grow. To join our team, you should have: Unarmed Security Guard License Reliable Transportation Basic Skills in Tablet/Phone Applications Clean Criminal Background Physical Endurance: Ability to walk long distances, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. Location: Westlake, LA Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour Schedule: 12-hour shifts. 7on, 7 off. 5am-5pm Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Preferred Experience We value a diverse range of experiences: Security/Corrections: 1 year (Preferred) Law Enforcement: 1 year (Preferred) Military Service: 3 years (Preferred) Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) IT: 1 year (Preferred) Prior experience in dispatch, call center, or a GSOC environment Required Licenses/Certifications Unexpired Driver’s License Unarmed License (Preferred) Clean Motor Vehicle Report Clean criminal background (REQUIRED) Benefits: Dental Insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Benefit Conditions: Only Full-Time-time employees are eligible for company benefits (after 60 days of employment).
