Job Description
The Fast Food Restaurant General Manager oversees daily operations to ensure excellent customer service, efficient staff management, and profitable performance. Managing a team of 10-30 employees, the General Manager will ensure smooth scheduling, effective training, and precise inventory control while maintaining operational standards. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role occasionally requires travel to other locations and offers growth opportunities such as promotion to Area Manager and participation in leadership development programs.
