Bindery Worker

*Job Summary* We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Bindery Worker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various finishing and binding operations on printed materials, ensuring high-quality output. This role requires technical proficiency in machine operation, an understanding of print production processes, and a keen eye for quality control. The Bindery Worker plays a vital part in transforming printed products into finished goods ready for distribution or display, supporting the overall success of our print and manufacturing services. *Duties* * Operate bindery equipment such as paper cutters, folding machines, and binding machines to assemble printed materials. * Perform paper binding, trimming, folding, and finishing tasks with precision to meet project specifications. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards related to industrial equipment operation. * Troubleshoot mechanical issues with printing or binding machinery and perform basic maintenance or adjustments as needed. * *Experience* * Prior experience in manufacturing or print finishing environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. * Experience working with large-format printers, digital printing technology. * Strong attention to detail combined with technical proficiency in quality control processes is essential for success in this position.
