Project Manager

Responsibilities: Led end-to-end project delivery across scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, governance, and change management while ensuring successful execution from initiation through closure.Built strong cross-functional partnerships with Trading, Operations, Risk, Finance, Business Change, IT teams, and third-party vendors to drive alignment, communication, and delivery outcomes.Managed project execution through resource coordination, dependency tracking, RAID management, executive reporting, financial oversight, and stakeholder governance.Drove project recovery and continuous improvement efforts by identifying risks early, implementing recovery plans, coaching delivery teams, and establishing effective project management standards and processes.Requirements: Extensive IT project management experience within commodity trading and financial services, with strong knowledge of trade lifecycle processes, middle/back-office operations, and trading technology environments.Proven success leading complex global projects, managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, vendors, and delivery partners in Agile environments.Strong expertise in project governance, planning, RAID and dependency management, financial oversight, change control, and recovery of challenged projects.Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership skills, with hands-on experience using Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Teams, and Office tools.
