Four saunas, three cold plunges, and a community built around connection and recovery.The RoleWe're looking for an early-riser to open the space and keep it running smoothly during morning hours. This is a hands-on role, part host and part caretaker of the space.What you'll do:Open the space and check in members and guestsKeep the facility clean, stocked, and welcomingTend and maintain the wood-burning sauna fires throughout the shiftHandle day-to-day operations and be the friendly face of Third Space each morningWhat we're looking for:Experience working in the hospitality/wellness spaceReliable, punctual, comfortable with an early (6am) startEnjoys people, this is a front-facing, community-oriented roleComfortable with physical tasks: cleaning, hauling wood, tending fireWhy Third Space:$20-$21/hourQuarterly employee profit sharingFree membership to the spaceBe part of a growing wellness community in Boulder
