The emphasis is on delivery, quality, and adoption, ensuring solutions are actually used in day-to-day decision-making.What you’ll be doingLead a team delivering AI-enabled tools for trading and analytics workflowsWork directly with desks to translate requirements into practical AI solutionsOperational automation across trading processesDefine and maintain standards for how AI solutions are built, tested, and reusedImprove quality and consistency across AI prompts, agents, and workflow componentsEnsure solutions are robust, scalable, and embedded into live desk activityIdentify and remove blockers in tooling, data, or platform capabilities in partnership with engineering teamsDrive identification and standardisation of repeatable use cases across desksExperience requiredYou'll have experience in Trading technology / financial servicesExposure to LLMs, AI tooling, or workflow automation systemsExperience building or deploying AI assistants or agent-style systemsIdeally, you have worked Front-office support or delivery environmentsExperience leading or mentoring technical teamsUnderstanding of financial markets and trading workflowsProven ability to translate business problems into working solutionsFamiliarity with market data, risk, and PnL analyticsIdeally, you'll have experience with scripting in PythonExperience working alongside engineering or platform teams
