Global Impact Fellow

Our Flexible Future Model offers a healthy mix of working in person (currently a minimum of 8-10 days per month) and virtually, strengthening key elements of the Chick-fil-A culture by fostering collaboration and community.The Chick-fil-A Global Impact Fellows Program is a 12-month developmental program that uniquely integrates high-level community impact work experience with professional development. The Global Impact Fellow will be responsible for working with teams across the business to help deliver successful Global Impact programming and further impactful stakeholder engagement initiatives.Fellows will be led by the Place-Based Initiatives & Strategic Partnerships team and work cross-functionally within Global Impact and broader Corporate Communications & External Affairs teams to deepen their community impact knowledge and further develop their professional experience.Additional Functional Specific DutiesFellows function as full-time professional staff members on the Place-Based Initiatives & Strategic Partnerships (PBISP) team and are expected to participate in all Staff-wide initiatives and cultural cornerstones.Additionally, Fellows may broaden their Corporate Social Responsibility experience through support of nonprofit partner projects and by completing a capstone project.Fellows will support the PBISP team in a variety of ways, including: community partnerships, volunteerism, military support activations, impact reporting & data analytics, stakeholder engagement, impact storytelling.Design and lead projects for several stakeholder engagement initiatives that further Chick-fil-A's Global Impact strategic priorities.Support special projects led by the PBISP, volunteerism activations, and other opportunities within Global Impact.Develop a Fellowship Capstone Project, design an execution plan, lead the implementation, and track project impact.Demonstrated project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteCommunity activation or volunteer management experienceDemonstrated experience with data analytics, marketing and storytelling1310%N/ABachelor's DegreeBusiness Administration, Education, Communications, Public Affairs, Corporate Social Responsibility, Nonprofit Management or similarNo
