We're hiring Transactional and Corporate Attorneys to design realistic deal scenarios, evaluate model outputs against established legal and commercial standards, and help shape how the next generation of AI reasons about M&A, contracts, securities, and corporate governance. We welcome M&A associates and partners, in‑house transactional counsel, corporate generalists, and senior associates in transactional practices. Specialists in IP transactions, real estate, or tax are encouraged to apply via the matching specialty listing where available.What You'll DoDesign realistic deal scenarios drawn from your transactional practice (M&A due diligence, SPAs / APAs, securities filings, NDAs, governance, disclosure schedules)Write "golden" reference responses at attorney‑level qualityGrade AI‑generated responses against structured rubricsProvide written feedback the research team uses to improve model behaviorParticipate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessionsYou're a Good Fit If YouHave 1–4 years of professional experience in transactional or corporate law at a law firm, in‑house legal department, or similarHold a J.D. (U.S. / Canada) or LL.B. / LL.M.
