As a Spectrum B2B Outside Sales Account Executive, you will sell Spectrum’s internet, voice and video services to small businesses door-to-door in your territory. Secondary services sold include custom hosting, desktop security, data security and storage as well as others. This is a hunter position where the AE achieves sales and product targets by prospecting within a defined sales territory and by working leads from initial contact through field sales. Our consultative methodology will help determine client’s needs, quote them on the product/services that best align to their business challenges and priorities. You will work closely with an Account Coordinator for additional sales support through the process and hand off customer service and non-sales client inquiries to the Customer Service Dept so you can remain focused on selling! In this role, you will be required to maintain real time in the field accurate records of all sales and prospecting activity through SalesForce. Required Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience selling products or services with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals in an outside sales or related sales role. Key Responsibilities in this role - Lead Generation/Prospecting, Relationship Management, Presentation skills, Market/Territory awareness (market trends, competitor activities/products), utilize a Sales CRM and follow a proven sales methodology.
