Based in Springfield, Oregon, we provide managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, custom software development, consulting, and technical project management services to businesses, educational institutions, and government organizations throughout Springfield, Eugene, Oregon, the United States, and around the world.We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator / Executive Support professional to work directly with the President. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, solving problems, organizing projects, researching solutions, creating documentation, and helping technical teams succeed.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both technology and organization and wants to bridge the gap between engineering, project management, and business operationsThis is not a traditional Executive Assistant position.The successful candidate will become involved in nearly every aspect of our technical operations by helping coordinate projects, organize information, communicate with clients and engineers, create technical documentation, research technology solutions, and ensure projects continue moving forward.The ideal candidate has experience working in a technology company, managed IT services (MSP), software development environment, IT department, or another technically focused business.Primary ResponsibilitiesCoordinate technical projects from planning through completion.Organize and maintain Asana and Jira projects.Monitor project status and identify stalled tasks, blockers, and follow-up items.Report project status and outstanding issues directly to the President.Coordinate communication between clients, engineers, programmers, vendors, and project managers.Research and evaluate hardware, software, cloud services, and technology solutions, then summarize findings and recommendations.Assist with writing Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and project documentation.Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles.Organize and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, pages, and project documentation.Navigate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Active Directory to locate information needed to support projects.Take detailed technical meeting notes and track action items through completion.Help organize project schedules, priorities, deliverables, and workflow.Assist with requirements gathering, quality assurance activities, and project planning.Identify project risks, dependencies, and lingering issues before they become problems.Assist with technical research and business analysis to support company growth and client success.Work closely with the President on special projects and strategic initiatives.What We’re Looking ForHighly organized and detail oriented.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment.Able to quickly learn new software and technical concepts.Independent problem solver who enjoys figuring things out.Comfortable working directly with engineers, programmers, project managers, and clients.Able to manage multiple priorities without constant supervision.Professional, dependable, and customer focused.Naturally curious and willing to continually learn.Preferred QualificationsExperience with some of the following is preferred but not required:Microsoft 365SharePointActive DirectoryJiraAsanaTechnical documentationProject coordinationNetworking fundamentalsManaged IT Services (MSP)Technical consultingCustomer-facing technical supportWe’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
