K-12 Teaching & Learning Strategist (Independent Contractor)
Great teaching changes lives. We’re inviting experienced educators to partner with schools and districts on professional learning that turns research into everyday classroom practice and measurably improves student outcomes.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with educators to clarify goals, design practice-based learning, and support implementation over time. You translate evidence into strategies teachers can use tomorrow, and you help leaders build the conditions for those strategies to stick.
The work suits professionals who communicate clearly, lead with empathy, and earn trust with adult learners. Backgrounds often include teaching, school leadership, instructional coaching, higher education, or consulting. What matters most is your credibility with educators and your drive to help them grow.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Work is project-based and self-directed. Strategists choose assignments aligned to their expertise, manage their own schedules, and provide their own workspace and tools. There are no guaranteed hours; timelines and scope vary by partner need. Orientation and ready-to-use resources are provided to support consistent, high-quality delivery.
If you’re ready to help educators do the best work of their careers, we’d love to connect.
