Loyalty Ambassador

At Toyota of Cool Springs, we believe buying and servicing a vehicle should feel different — more personal, more enjoyable, and more relationship-driven than the traditional dealership experience. We are looking for an upbeat, hospitality-driven Loyalty Ambassador to help grow our Vehicle Upgrade Department by building relationships with customers visiting our service department each day. This is not a high-pressure sales role. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, creating conversations, and delivering an outstanding customer experience while identifying opportunities to help customers upgrade into newer vehicles when it makes sense for them. You’ll work closely with our Customer Relations Director, service advisors, and sales team to create a seamless ownership experience for our customers.
