This role requires the ability to see both the forest and the trees-diving deep into process design and optimization while developing program strategy and reporting status to senior leadership. If you're highly resourceful, strategic yet execution-focused, and ready to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape, we want to hear from you.Key job responsibilitiesIn this role you will:Shape the future of Amazon Talent Acquisition, owning critical goals to achieve growth, scale, and drive continuous innovation across global recruiting operationsDesign, prioritize, and drive strategic programs and roadmap inputs that optimize recruiting processes, reduce candidate start time delays, and eliminate blockers to hiring efficiencyPartner with and influence recruiting organizations across Amazon globally, building relationships with stakeholders from multiple regions and translating business needs into operational solutionsCreate and maintain complex program plans and manage project schedules; collaborate effectively across teams to drive commitment to timelines and deliverablesDefine operational planning and work alongside the senior leadership team to establish strategic priorities and resource allocationOwn communications to project members and stakeholders on progress, issues, and risks including regular status updates, executive briefings, and white paper analysisLead the execution of programs with rigor and precision, developing new methods and mechanisms to drive repeatable delivery and operational excellenceRepresent the voice of the customer-both candidates and recruiters-in stakeholder meetings, translating insights into sustainable process improvements and technology enhancementsDrive technology implementation and adoption, including design, configuration, change management, communications, training, and end-user adoption across global teamsLeverage data and metrics to identify opportunities, measure program impact, and drive continuous improvement in recruiting operations performanceAbout the teamThe ROC Operations team is reinventing how we support recruiting at Amazon. ROC Operations supports Global Talent Acquisition across 59 countries, managing critical recruiting operations that enable Amazon to hire at scale. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead initiatives that innovate, scale, and improve global services and capabilities for the Amazon recruiting community. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
