DescriptionThe Senior Program Manager will drive critical, high-impact programs that are global and centralized, supporting candidates and Talent Acquisition teams worldwide. This role requires the ability to see both the forest and the trees-diving deep into process design and optimization while developing program strategy and reporting status to senior leadership. ROC Operations supports Global Talent Acquisition across 59 countries, managing critical recruiting operations that enable Amazon to hire at scale. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead initiatives that innovate, scale, and improve global services and capabilities for the Amazon recruiting community. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
