As a growing and highly collaborative company, we offer designers the opportunity to have meaningful creative input, direct cross-functional exposure, and hands-on involvement throughout the entire product lifecycle.Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Sweater Designer with strong private label experience to lead the development and execution of trend-driven sweaters and knitwear for casual lifestyle specialty retailers.This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys both the creative and operational sides of the business. As part of a lean, collaborative team, the Senior Designer will play an integral role in every stage of the product lifecycle — from concept development and trend research through sample execution and production follow-through.The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of yarns, gauges, stitches, sweater construction, and cut-and-sew knits, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
