We value innovation, education, and customer satisfaction in all aspects of our business.Position OverviewWe're looking for a talented freelance Photographer/Videographer to help bring our brand to life through engaging photo and video content for marketing and social media. This role will focus on capturing high-quality, social-first visuals across multiple facilities, including lifestyle, product, behind-the-scenes, and branded content.The ideal candidate is creatively driven, comfortable working in active environments, and understands how to create content that performs on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.ResponsibilitiesCapture high-quality photo and video content for marketing, social media, and digital campaignsCreate short-form, social-first video content optimized for various platformsTravel regularly to company facilities throughout Ohio and West VirginiaCollaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to execute content needs and creative directionDeliver edited assets in a timely manner, aligned with brand standardsAdapt shooting style based on platform, audience, and campaign goalsQualificationsStrong photography and videography portfolio demonstrating social-first contentProven experience creating content for social media and digital marketingOwn professional-grade photo and video equipmentReliable transportation and ability to travel regularlyStrong attention to detail, composition, lighting, and storytellingAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyExperience working with lifestyle, product, or branded contentCannabis industry experience (a plus, not required)Basic motion graphics or advanced editing skillsThis is a freelance/contract position with ongoing opportunities based on performance and business needsTravel is a regular and essential part of this role, especially in the Huron, OH areaExpect 10 hours of work per week on averageIf you have a strong eye, understand what performs on social, and love capturing authentic, engaging content, we'd love to see your work.Email: jamie.boyer@firelandsscientific.comJ-18808-Ljbffr
