Recruitment Coordinator

If this sounds like you, we invite you to join our team!Our new Recruitment Coordinator will assist the Human Resources Manager of Recruitment and Retention and the HR Team with staffing, creating and carrying out recruitment and retention strategies in support of the agency’s recruitment and retention objectives.Minimum Education, Training, Requirements And PrerequisitesAt least two years in Recruiting preferred. Previous experience dealing with staffing and/or recruiting agencies a plus. Previous experience working in a non-profit or Human Services organization a plus. Involvement with overcoming difficult recruiting plans preferred. Demonstrated ability to implement retention strategies a plus. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong ability to work well with others and collaborate as a team is required. Specific Duties And ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions: May be required to perform any of the following duties:Assist with updating job descriptions as needed with management approval. Assist with the management of various job boards and recruitment channels to ensure all enCircle positions are current. To include but not limited to ADP, Indeed and Handshake. Assist with the coordination of job fairs and recruiting events. Schedule and conduct prescreens with prospective candidates as requested by hiring managers. Maintain an accurate and current Setmore calendar for prospective candidates to schedule prescreens. Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates as requested by hiring managers. Extend employment offers and secure employment references as requested by hiring managers. Complete the monthly staffing report with turnover metrics. Maintain employee confidence by always keeping human resource information confidential. Examine compensation, benefits, and local wage surveys to evaluate the employment market demands. Endorse change and recommend new approaches/policies based on compensation/hiring trends to the Executive team. Collaborate with corporate marketing team on new recruitment and retention ideas for the agency’s Website, social media and enCircle staff. Represent enCircle at networking or community events as requested. Participate in ongoing program support meetings to ensure recruitment needs are being met. Plan and collaborate employee events with other enCircle staff. Maintain strong relationships with all candidates and enCircle staff. Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
