International Tax Specialist

A leading global healthcare and medical technology organization is seeking a Senior International Tax Analyst II to join its growing tax team in Wayne, PA. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment supporting international tax compliance, planning, process improvements, and cross-border initiatives. This position is HYBRID T-Thur in-office is required.Responsibilities:Prepare and review U.S. international tax calculations including GILTI, Subpart F, foreign tax credits, withholding tax, and ASC 740 reportingSupport international tax compliance for global entities, including preparation/review of Forms 5471, 8858, 1118, 5472, 8990, 8991, 8992, and 8993Coordinate non-U.S. local country tax compliance with internal stakeholders and external advisorsAssist with cross-border restructuring projects and tax modelingMonitor changes in U.S. and international tax legislation and assess impactsDrive process improvements, automation initiatives, and workpaper standardizationSupport tax audits, information requests, and internal inquiriesMentor support staff and interns while collaborating across departmentsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field3–5+ years of international tax experience requiredExperience with Big 4 or multinational corporate tax environments preferredKnowledge of U.S. international tax concepts and global compliance requirementsExperience with OneSource Income Tax, OneSource Tax Provision, HFM, and SharePoint preferredExposure to automation/AI tools such as Excel Power Query or Alteryx is a plusStrong Excel, analytical, communication, and organizational skillsWhy Join?Opportunity to work with a global organization in a high-impact tax roleExposure to complex international tax matters and strategic initiativesCollaborative culture focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and professional growth
