Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in Canfield, OH, with partial work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, developing relationships with prospective clients, and presenting relevant products and services to drive sales. The Sales Associate will prepare and deliver pitches, collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives, and assist in maintaining long-term client relationships. Tracking sales metrics and achieving sales targets is also an essential component of the role. Qualifications Experience with sales processes, lead generation, and meeting sales targets.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for building client trust and relationships.Understanding of digital technologies, web applications, and familiarity with WordPress is a plus.Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team in a hybrid work environment.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) tools is advantageous.
