MIG-TIG Welder - 1st shift

Job DescriptionMig/Tig WelderShift: 1st, (7:45am-4:30pm)Pay: $22-$25/hr (Based on experience)We are seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for welding and fitting aluminum parts using MIG and TIG processes while supporting various fabrication and production tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Job Description:Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding specificationsPerform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum componentsEnsure all work meets company safety and quality standardsFabricate custom items and prototype componentsOperate various cutting and fabrication machinesComplete grinding, sanding, drilling, and finishing workAssist with production of stock items and shipping work ordersSupport fabrication of items such as flagpoles, pole top adaptors, wall brackets, yardarms, halyard covers, and ground sleevesProduce truck and cable assemblies and smaller production ordersQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent strongly preferredMinimum of 2 years welding experience preferredKnowledge of MIG and TIG welding techniquesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and drawingsStrong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
