The Gen AI Lead will spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge generative AI solutions, foster AI-driven strategies for business transformation, and oversee cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities include conducting advanced AI research, optimizing model performance, implementing scalable AI frameworks, and collaborating with stakeholders to align AI capabilities with business objectives. The position also involves mentoring team members and helping to build an innovative AI ecosystem within the company.QualificationsProven proficiency in AI/ML development, including hands-on experience with Generative AI models, natural language processing (NLP), or reinforcement learningStrong skills in programming languages and tools such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other AI/ML frameworksExpertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle CloudExperience in leading cross-functional teams, managing AI projects, and delivering scalable solutionsOutstanding problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and stakeholder management expertiseMaster’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical fieldExperience in integrating AI solutions into enterprise-level systems and maintaining data security and ethicsKnowledge of emerging trends and advancements in AI technologies and their applications in business environments
