Experienced CNC Lathe, Mill Machinists (1-2 years required)

Job Description Hiring for Mill- 2nd shift Monday – Thursday 3:00 – 1:30 AM (4/10 schedule). Limited First Shift Monday - Friday 7:00 - 3:30 overtime available. Lathe- 2nd shift Monday – Thursday 3:00 – 1:30 AM (4/10 schedule). EDM Machinist2nd shift Monday – Thursday 3:00 – 1:30 AM (4/10 schedule). Requirements: Mazak Lathe or comparable CNC Lathe Experience Mazak Mill or comparable CNC Mill Experience G-Code and Mazatrol knowledge. Programming and Set-Up of CNC machines based on print requirements and written instructions. Live tooling CNC Lathe Operation Be able to read blue prints Strong organizational skills Experience working with various materials including plastics. Experience working on Aerospace product with close tolerancesSelection & troubleshooting of tooling and fixtures. Development and documentation of reliable process. Strong computer skills. Advanced inspection skills including use of micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators, CMM etc. You must be able to positively contribute to the teamwork environment in terms of productivity, cooperation, data collection, and attitude.
