This role offers the opportunity to build and maintain enterprise analytics solutions that support reporting, operational decision-making, and regulatory requirements across the organization.What You'll DoDesign, build, and maintain analytics-ready data models using dbtDevelop and optimize SQL transformations within cloud-based data environmentsCreate and maintain data quality tests, validation processes, and monitoring solutionsPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data productsInvestigate and resolve data discrepancies across upstream and downstream systemsDocument data models, definitions, and lineage to support governance and transparencyCollaborate with Data Engineers on data ingestion, pipeline development, and deployment processesParticipate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiativesSupport and mentor junior team members through knowledge sharing and collaborationWhat They're Looking For3–6 years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or Data AnalyticsStrong SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimizationHands-on experience building and maintaining dbt modelsExperience working with cloud-based data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, AWS, or similar environmentsUnderstanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data lifecycle managementExperience with Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar source control toolsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field preferredWhy This RoleOpportunity to own and develop enterprise analytics solutions from design through deploymentWork with modern data technologies including dbt, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and AzureCollaborative team environment with opportunities for technical growth and mentorshipHigh-impact role supporting critical business and operational decisionsExposure to cross-functional teams and enterprise-scale analytics initiatives
