Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel front desk or customer service roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge of hospitality management systems is a plus

Professional appearance and demeanor
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred qualifications include previous experience with night audits and multi-line phone systems.
