Hanania Automotive Group is seeking a high-performing, strategic Corporate Fleet Director to lead and scale fleet operations across 17 dealership locations.This executive-level role is responsible for driving commercial, government, and business fleet growth while optimizing operational efficiency, strengthening manufacturer partnerships, and increasing overall fleet profitability. If you are a proven automotive leader with a strong track record in fleet sales and multi-location oversight, this is an opportunity to build and elevate a high-impact division within a growing organization.Fleet ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive corporate fleet strategy across all dealership locationsDrive revenue growth through commercial, municipal, government, and rental fleet salesBuild and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, municipalities, vendors, and OEM representativesOversee fleet inventory acquisition, allocation, and lifecycle managementAnalyze market trends, manufacturer incentives, and regional demand to maximize profitabilityPartner with General Managers and executive leadership to align fleet goals with overall store performanceNegotiate large-scale fleet contracts and pricing agreementsMonitor and manage KPIs including volume, margin, retention, and account growthEnsure compliance with manufacturer programs and regulatory requirementsLead, mentor, and develop fleet managers and related staff across all locationsIdentify new revenue channels and strategic partnerships to expand market presence The Hanania AdvantageWe offer a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits, including:Performance-based compensationMedical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time OffCareer advancement opportunities within a growing organizationEmployee vehicle purchase programThe Leader We're Looking For7+ years of progressive automotive dealership experience with significant fleet leadershipDemonstrated success scaling and optimizing fleet operationExecutive presence with exceptional negotiation and communication skillExperience overseeing multi-location operations preferredBachelor's degree preferred (Business, Automotive Management, or related field)Valid Driver's License with clean driving recorMust be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat.
