PRIMARY PURPOSE:To coordinate administrative support functions while providing training, operational guidance, and workflow support to Claim Assistants.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assigns and directs work for new and existing administrative colleagues.
Coordinates administrative support functions and activities to ensure seamless daily operations.
Identifies and resolves administrative, workflow, or process-related issues.
Provides coordination, training and support for unit.
Provides technical and systems support related to unit-specific tools and operational processes.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supports the organization's quality program(s).
Travels as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience
Two (2) years of experience in general office administrative duties or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience training or supporting administrative or claims operations preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
Analytical and interpretive skills
Strong organizational skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
