Aviation Engine Wash Technician

This is a physically active, field-based role where no two days look the same. You’ll work outdoors, travel to job sites, operate specialized equipment, and be trusted to execute with precision and professionalism.Role Specifics:Shift Schedule - Night ShiftHours - 9pm to 4amSalaried PositionRoles & Responsibilities:Business conducted at commercial airportPerform compressor and turbine washes and support activitiesOperate and maintain AeroCore equipment and vehicles for operations (inspecting & servicing equipment, etc.)Drive and tow large vehicles and trailers on and off the airport ramp (flight line)Operating equipment safely and identifying anomaliesCollecting waste and properly disposing of the waste streamCollecting on-site data & inputting data into formsCoordinating schedules for aircraft availabilityProactively and effectively communicating with customers and internally with other teammates and leadershipPerform preventative and repair maintenance on mechanical equipmentMaintaining an extremely professional attitude, communication style, appearance and overall service deliveryRole Requirements:4+ years of military or commercial experience in mechanical industry (aviation experience preferred)Initiative, drive and autonomyValid driver’s licenseAbility to pass a DOT physicalAbility to pass and maintain a clear background and frequent/random drug testsAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularlyProven excellence following and maintaining safety precautions while working around large commercial equipmentProven experience innovating processes to increase revenue, delivery times and/or an enhanced customer experiencePreferred Experience for This Position:Certifications relating to Aircraft MechanicsJob Perks:Paid Airport ParkingFull Uniform entitlement to include work boot and Rx Safety glasses stipendAnnual Merit Based Pay Increases and spot bonus availability for performanceBYOD stipend of $50 per monthMedical, dental, vision, and life insuranceShort-Term and Long-Term Disability (STD & LTD)Company Paid Life Insurance Policy of $50,000 with AD& D addendumAccident insurance401K with Employer MatchPaid parental leave and military leave80 hours of paid time off (PTO) annually40 hours of sick leaveCompensatory time (available on a situational basis)About Us:We’re proud to have been recognized as a Best in Class Workplace Culture & Employee Appreciation winner by USA Today Top Workplaces in both 2025 and 2026—an achievement that reflects the strength, dedication, and passion of our people.At AeroCore Technologies, we are redefining aviation maintenance.
