Our creators - illustrators, video artists, game artists, designers are at the center of everything we build.About the roleWe're looking for a Creative Recruiter who specializes in high-volume hiring across diverse creative disciplines - photo, video, illustration, game art, 3D, and more. You understand the difference between creative skill sets, you know how to read a project brief and translate it into the right talent, and you're experienced building and managing large pools of creators globally. You work fast, independently, and take full ownership of your pipeline from sourcing to onboarding.What you'll doTake full ownership of high-volume hiring for creative roles across disciplines: photo, video, illustration, game art, 3D, and moreSource creators globally through LinkedIn, niche platforms, creative communities, and direct outreachUnderstand project briefs and workload requirements to build pipelines that match exactly what each project needsCollaborate closely with the project and content teams to stay in sync on needs, priorities, and timelinesOnboard new creators to projects, ensuring a smooth and structured experienceManage and maintain relationships with existing creators, ensuring timely delivery and long-term partnershipsKeep hiring structured and efficient while delivering a great candidate experience throughoutOccasionally support people-ops tasks such as scheduling 1-on-1s, onboarding reviewers, and other administrative dutiesWhat we're looking for2+ years of recruiting experience specializing in creative talent (in-house, agency, or freelance)Proven track record hiring at high volume across multiple creative disciplinesAbility to read project needs and quickly identify the right creative profilesStrong sourcing skills - you know where creators live online and how to reach themExcellent relationship management with an ability to keep large creator networks engaged and deliveringStrong outreach instincts, comfortable moving fast and owning results end-to-endExcellent English communication; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plusBonus pointsExisting network of visual creators in Latin AmericaExperience building or scaling remote creative teams globallyBackground in digital production, content, design, or visual mediaWhat we offerFull ownership and autonomy from day oneA fast-moving, globally distributed team at the intersection of creativity and AIDirect impact: the creators you bring in power AI training datasets for leading labs worldwide
