Job SummaryConduct regular observation of client premises and report any suspicious activity. Perform foot patrols, monitor the perimeter, and handle incident reporting. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver excellent customer service while adhering to safety, security procedures, and site-specific policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, using problem-solving skills. Patrol the site on foot to identify potential dangers or criminal activity. Report any suspicious activity to supervisors or law enforcement as necessary. Maintain accurate reports by documenting observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities. Issue verbal warnings, make arrests (if applicable), and/or contact law enforcement for security violations or criminal activities. Adapt to various working environments and conditions. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum QualificationsValid California Guard Card required. Power to arrest certificate required. Appropriate Use of Force certificate required.
