Job Title: AI ArchitectWork Location: Dallas, TXDuration: Direct HireJob Description:Seeking an experienced AI Engineer to lead the practical application of artificial intelligence across our organization. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for working directly with executive leadership to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and establish best practices for AI company-wide.We are looking for someone who can translate AI capabilities into real business results.Responsibilities:Partner with executive leadership to identify high-impact AI use cases across operations, finance, and commercial teamsDesign, build, and deploy AI-driven tools and workflows that improve efficiency, decision-making, and scalabilityLead the development of company-wide AI standards, governance, and best practicesEvaluate and implement AI platforms, models, and vendors (e.g., LLMs, automation tools, internal copilots)Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and data infrastructureEducate and guide internal teams on effective and responsible use of AIStay current on emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications for the organizationRequired Skills & Qualifications:10+ years of experience in solutions architecture, software engineering, data science, or AI/ML developmentProven track record of deploying AI solutions in a business environmentStrong understanding of large language models, automation tools, and AI frameworksExperience integrating AI into real-world workflows (not just prototypes)Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and executive leadershipSelf-starter with a bias toward execution and measurable resultsExperience leading AI initiatives across multiple departmentsBackground in data engineering or systems integrationFamiliarity with enterprise environments and change managementExperience working directly with C-suite or senior leadershipFor more information or to view other opportunities, visit us atPaladin Consulting is an EEOC employer.
