This individual will focus on recruiting high-performing go-to-market talent across sales, customer success, business development, partnerships, and marketing functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume, fast-moving environment and has strong experience partnering with hiring managers to attract top commercial talent.This is a long-term contract opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent position for the right person.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for GTM and sales-related roles including Account Executives, SDRs/BDRs, Customer Success Managers, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Partnerships positionsPartner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create recruiting strategies, and provide market insightSource passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channelsScreen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical fit and cultural alignmentCoordinate and manage interview processes from initial outreach through offer stageBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needsTrack recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the ATSEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processSupport employer branding and talent attraction initiatives as neededAssist with recruiting process improvements and hiring best practicesQualifications3+ years of recruiting experience focused on GTM, sales, commercial, or customer-facing rolesPrior experience recruiting within technology, SaaS, life sciences, biotech, or corporate environments preferredStrong sourcing skills and ability to identify passive talentExperience managing multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentComfortable partnering directly with leadership and hiring managersExcellent communication and organizational skillsExperience using ATS systems and LinkedIn RecruiterAbility to work independently while managing competing prioritiesAdditional DetailsHybrid schedule preferred; candidates local to the Lexington, MA area strongly encouragedLong-term contract with potential for permanent hireCompetitive hourly compensation based on experienceImmediate hiring need
