Toolroom Assistant

Summary of Duties & Responsibilities: Disassemble, clean, lubricate and reassembly molds as directed. Change inserts on molds. Use IQMS to track location and work orders of tools. Maintain mold vault and “staging” areas to include proper markings, listings and placement of molds. Maintain tool room equipment to include lubrication, cleaning and painting as necessary. Keep tool room, mold vault, and staging area clean and orderly. Make pick-up and deliveries to vendors and suppliers as necessary. Fill out timesheets, work orders, and green tags as needed for repair and/or version changes. Prepare molds for shipping Assist with other duties, projects and tasks as needed. Qualifications: Must be forklift certified or willing to train to become certified Ability to take direction from others and complete work orders as required Ability to interact with other team members and maintain a positive work ethic Must be reliable and punctual; attendance is important for the production floor. Ability to organize and maintain neat and orderly work area. The ability to stand for long periods of time, reach up above your shoulders and lift up to 75 lbs will be required for this position. XJ6
