Assistant Project Manager
Our client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support active construction projects with a focus on coordination, documentation, and field support. This role works closely with Project Managers and field teams to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with contractual requirements. The ideal candidate has early-career construction experience or has recently graduated from a construction-related program.ResponsibilitiesSupport Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrationReview drawings, specifications, and contract documents to understand scope and sequencingAssist with RFIs, submittals, change documentation, and progress reportingCoordinate material deliveries and track jobsite logisticsSupport field teams with reporting, productivity tracking, and workforce onboardingRequirements2-3 years of construction experience with a GC or specialty contractor, or a degree in Construction Management or similarAbility to read and interpret construction documentsStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office; construction software experience a plusAbility to support multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyWhy Join Our ClientThis role offers exposure to complex construction projects, strong mentorship from experienced leaders, and a clear path for career growth within project management.
