This position involves end-to-end ownership of RF and mixed-signal circuit development, from concept through high-volume production.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the architecture, design, simulation, and verification of RF and mixed-signal integrated circuits, including key building blocks such as LNAs, mixers, power amplifiers, PLLs, VCOs, ADCs, and DACs.Collaborate with system and hardware engineers to balance design trade-offs, optimize performance, and meet system-level requirements.Provide technical guidance, review work products, and mentor junior engineers within the design group.Perform in-depth silicon debug and work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive products to mass production.QualificationsDeep expertise in RF and mixed-signal circuit design for communication systems (wireless or wireline).Strong knowledge of CMOS technologies and semiconductor device behavior.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form. xmcpwfuBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 9+ years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 7+ years, or Ph.D. with 4+ years.
