Work with multiple project managers, estimators and superintendents as needed across multiple projects. Ultimately responsible for correspondence to owner/architects, subcontractors, and field associates.We are seeking candidates to be based out of each of our office locations, as well as candidates that are willing to travel to out-of-town jobs for the duration of the job.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist project managers and estimators with the following:Strict adherence to Rudolph Libbe Group safety practices and proceduresProject planning and implementation of activitiesProcurement of labor, materials, and equipmentDocument control including submittals, methods statements, safety reports, drawing logs and associated tracking processesMeeting minutes development and updatesSubcontractor coordinationEstimatingContracts administrationCost controlSales/customer satisfactionTravel to jobsites as required by PM and/or superintendentsSkills-Ability to travel out-of-state for the duration of projects, preferred.Strong technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to be dynamic, prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and respond quickly to requests of customers, superintendents, and construction partnersWorking knowledge of blueprints and construction specifications preferredPositive attitude and willingness to learn is essentialAbility to adapt to unique job requirementsEducation/ExperienceA bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management preferredExperience in the construction industry, preferredInterested parties should apply on our website at www.rlgbuilds.com/careers.The Rudolph/Libbe Companies, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
