What will make you successful in this role? Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and a strong understanding of project management lifecycles Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Smartsheet for backlog management, time-tracking, resource allocation, and budget control Excellent stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams Experience in managing project documentation according to company standards Lithuanian language: native or bilingual Demonstrated fluency in English, both written and spoken Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise presentations for audiences of varying technical backgrounds. Highly adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments. We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex challenges by thinking outside the box and developing innovative solutions Quick learner with a strong grasp of subject matter, able to understand technical concepts effectively Strategic planning skills to develop and manage project roadmaps aligned with business objectives Must to have: Experience in managing public sector or government-funded projects. Proven project management expertise: A strong track record of applying established project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) in a technology-focused environment. Familiarity with a variety of approaches ensures flexibility and adaptability to different project needs Experience in the tech industry: Prior experience working in a software development, technology consulting, or similar tech-driven company. This background provides valuable insights into industry best practices, challenges, and emerging trends Technical acumen: A solid understanding of software development lifecycles, common development methodologies, and key technologies.
