Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician (1.0 FTE) to join our well-established primary care group- Flexible schedule - 36 patient contact hours ? 4 admin hours/week- No emergent call- Average patients per day:18-25- Department: 11 current providers between MDs, NPs and PAs. Clinical/non-clinical support staff- Level III Trauma Center- Base salary - MGMA 75th-90th % + wRVU production incentive- $30K sign-on bonus- $5K CME allowance- $15K relocation allowance- Student loan repayment assistance- 30 days PTO- Medical/dental/life/vision/pharmacy/wellness benefits- 401(k) retirement plan- ID license required or ability to obtain- J VISA OK
